Extended Reach

The IN-8005 is a robust telescopic davit arm with an adjustable reach of 762 to 1,219 mm.

Customized Adapters Depending on the Structure

The IN-8005 system consists of the IN-2313 mast, the IN-2237 davit arm, and a fixed floor or wall adapter. It is ideal for vertical entries into confined spaces where a fixed adapter can be anchored to the floor or wall. The mast (10.4 kg) and arm (23 kg) can be transported separately.

Universal Mast with Extensions

The mast and davit arm can rotate 360° during evacuation. When using a fixed floor or wall adapter, the mast can be extended using extension pieces. The SRL can be mounted lower to allow the operation of the evacuation handle if needed.

SRL / Winch Compatibility

The IN-8005 is compatible with various winches, including the Xtirpa™ winch IN-2477. Multiple mounting brackets are available for a wide range of SRLs with evacuation handles. Using the SRL/Winch adapter (A2237-06), a second SRL or winch can be mounted on the davit arm. The additional anchor point (A2237-17) offers extra options for attaching a rope hoist or powered personnel winch.

Strong Anchor Point for 3 Persons

The davit arm anchorage is designed for a safe working load of up to 164 kg and a minimum breaking strength of 16 kN, making it compliant with EN, OSHA, ANSI, and CSA standards. The system is certified for up to three persons under CEN/TS 16415. The steel D-anchor in the center of the arm has a breaking strength of 22 kN.

Quick, Intuitive Installation and Movement

The system can be installed in just a few minutes without tools: the mast is placed onto the adapter, and the davit arm is locked onto the mast using a safety pin.
